Colegio Menor’s Registrar manages requests related to the student’s records, in addition to issuing certificates for Visa application, enrollment certificates, amongst others.
To request documents from the Registrar we ask that you write to: email@example.com (for Quito) and firstname.lastname@example.org (for Samborondón), clearly specifying the documents being requested and the following information:
- Full name of the student(s)
- State the request as complete and clear as possible
- In the event that you require a certificate for Visa application, please specify the embassy to which the certificate will be presented.
Requests will be processed in the order that they are received and you will be notified via email when your documents are ready.
